Yogesh Bhattarai claims Prachanda-Nepal faction will lead next govt

KATHMANDU: Former Minister and Nepal Communist Party Prachanda-Nepal faction leader Yogesh Bhattarai has claimed his group will lead the new government.

Addressing the gatherings of the Press Organization close to the NCP Prachanda-Nepal faction, former Minister Bhattarai claimed that his faction will lead the coalition government formed by the parties which stood against the regressive moves of the government.

“The HoR will initiate the government formation process from March 7,” NCP leader Bhattarai said, “Our party will lead the government consisting of the parties who joined the protest against the regression.”

He assured the journalists in the gatherings that his party’s government will not introduce any bills contradicting the fundamental rights.
