Fire breaks out at Siddhakali school in Tehrathum



TEHRATHUM: A fire has broken out at Siddhakali Secondary School in Phedap rural municipality in the district on Saturday morning.

The fire started apparently due to short circuit in the administrative building of the school at around 3 am today, informed headmaster Kulprasad Dulal.

The administrative building and other documents, educational materials, furniture among others worth over Rs 10 million were destroyed in the fire, according to Dulal.

The fire was brought under control with the help of locals, students and teachers.
