“NC is united in its position on HoR dissolution”

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) has refuted reports that the party has differences regarding its position against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR).

Referring to reports of intra-party row regarding the House dissolution in various media, the NC in a press statement said that the party strongly opposes the dissolution of the HoR.

The main opposition party, NC, had on Tuesday announced fresh protest programs against Prime Minister KP Oli’s move to dissolve the HoR.

Meanwhile, the party is staging mass protests across the country on February 1, February 6 and February 12, it said.

The party has been staging a series of demonstrations against the House dissolution by Prime Minister Oli on December 20, 2020.
