KATHMANDU: CPN-Maoist Center leader Narayan Kaji Shrestha has said that the party’s 8th general convention was not limited to just formality.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of the 8th National General Convention in Kathmandu on Sunday, Shrestha said, “We are holding this convention to discuss new ideas and build a transformed revolutionary party and consider it as an important part of that larger goal.”
He remarked that the cooperation of the communist-democratic alliance would continue at least till the upcoming election.
