NEPSE down by 61.27 points



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd (NEPSE) has decreased by 61.27 points on Sunday, the first trading day of the week.

With today’s decline, the index has come down to 2758.48 points.

A total of 14.49 million shares of 233 companies traded today resulting in a turnover of Rs 6.50 billion.

The share price of all groups has declined today.

Shares of insurance, development banks, finance, and hydropower groups decreased sharply.

Today, out of 233 companies, only 24 companies have seen a modest increase. Shares of ICFC Finance declined the most by nine percent.

Shares of Manakamana Smart Microfinance Company have increased by 10 percent despite the overall market decline.
