Body of Ujjwal, fallen into Kapan stream, found on Bagmati bank at Lalitpur-Makwanpur border



KATHMANDU: The body of 10-year-old Ujjwal Bishwakarma, who went missing after falling into a ditch at Milanchowk of Kapan, has been found on the bank of Bagmati River in Mahankal village of Lalitpur district, Sunday morning.

Ujjwal had gone missing after falling into a ditch while walking with his grandfather last Saturday evening.

Chief of the Metropolitan Police Complex Lalitpur, SSP Kiran Bajracharya, said that the police arrived after the locals saw the body.

Even though his face is unrecognizable, Kapan Ma Bi (Kapan H. S.) on his shirt.

Relatives have been called to identify the body.
