Everest Premier League: Biratnagar Warrior sets 152-run target for Chitwan Tigers



KATHMANDU: Biratnagar Warriors has set a 152-run target for Chitwan Tigers at the second match under the Everest Premier League played at Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground, Kirtipur on Sunday.

Invited to bat first after losing the toss, Biratnagar notched up 151 runs losing 9 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.

Sikandar Raza hit 67 runs including four fours and seven sixes in 47 balls.

Likewise, Anil Sah hit 32 runs, while Saurab Khanal scored 30.

Others players could not score double-digit runs for Biratnagar.

Skipper of Chitwan Warriors Sompal Kamil took the 2 wickets. Likewise, Kamal Airee, Karim Airee, Kaarim Janat and Sagar Dhakal took each 2-wicket while Shahab Alam took the single wicket for Chitwan.
