Leaders of CCP and political parties of Nepal holding zoom meeting today

KATHMANDU: Top leaders of major political parties of Nepal and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) are holding a zoom meeting today.

The meeting between the leaders of the two countries will dwell on the COVID-19 pandemic that is taking a heavy toll on human health across the world.

The Chinese Communist Party’s Minister of the International Department Song Tao and Deputy Minister Chen Zhou will participate in the meeting representing the International Department of the CCP.

Similarly, CPN-UML General Secretary and Deputy Prime Minister Ishwar Pokharel, CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda, Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and Janata Samajwadi Party Chairman Upendra Yadav will participate in the meeting from Nepal.

Likewise, Nepal Workers and Peasants Party (NWPP) Chairman Narayan Man Bijukchhe, Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Pashupati Shumsher Rana and National Assembly Chairman Ganesh Timalsina will also participate in the zoom meeting.

It is learnt that CCP will provide medical supplies to the political parties of Nepal to fight the COVID-19.

The CCP is holding an interaction with the leaders of Nepal on the occasion of its 100th anniversary of its establishment today.

The CCP has been holding such kinds of meetings with the political parties of Nepal for years.
