KATHMANDU: Lyricist Hari Gopal Pradhan has set a ‘world record’ by launching a music album inside an aircraft.
Pradhan released the album titled ‘Mutuma Sadhaivari’ (forever in heart) inside an aircraft of the Nepal Airlines Corporation that flew to New Delhi from Kathmandu on February 1, 2021.
State Minister for Urban Development Rambir Manandhar had launched the album. Photo journalist Pradip Raj Onta, who works for Rastriya Samachar Samiti, and Kirjana Dangol are featured in the music video of its song.
Aaradhya Laxmi Khadgi had choreographed the song.
Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun honored lyricist Pradhan with ‘World Book of Records Nepal’ award amid a function on Friday. On the occasion, Vice President Pun has said that Nepal’s image has been heightened with the world record of Pradhan.
Likewise, state minister Manandhar stressed the need for making Nepal known in international arena by keeping such record.
Lyricist Pradhan attributed this success to the cooperation from all sides.
