Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 2,017 with six new fatalities



KATHMANDU: As many as six COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 2,017 as of Tuesday afternoon.

Likewise, Nepal recorded a total of 303 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 270,092 in the country as of Tuesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 3,252 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 285 infected people got recovery from the virus infection.

So far, 264,823 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
