KATHMANDU: Keeping the forthcoming National Assembly election in view, ruling Nepali Congress (NC) is preparing to register iat the Election Commission (EC) on Saturday afternoon.
According to NC sources, NC will visit the Commission on Saturday abiding the its (EC’s) deadline for party registration for the forthcoming national assembly election.
Earlier, EC had set December 16-25 deadline for party registration.
NC is going to EC after its newly formed Central Committee meeting scheduled for Saturday afternoon.
EC willl register the party even if it is a public holiday today.
