KATHMANDU: CPN-UML leader and former Home Minister Khaga Raj Adhikari has announced his candidacy for the post of secretary in the 10th General Convention of the party.
“I am claiming the post of secretary of the party either through consensus or elections,” said Adhikari.
Adhikari is considered close to UML Chairmam KP Sharma Oli.
UML leaders and cadres are arriving in Chitwan to take part in the 10th General Convention of the party.
