NEPSE decreases by 48.42 points



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has decreased by 48.42 points on Wednesday.

With today’s decline, the index has come down to 3076.44 points.

A total of 19.59 million shares of 227 companies traded today resulting in a turnover of Rs 12.092 billion.

The shares of all 13 subgroups traded down today.

The largest decline was in non-life insurance groups by 453.22.

On the basis of turnover, Arun Kabeli Power Limited Reedy Hydropower Development is at the top today. The company has a turnover of Rs 480 million. Even though the market decreased by double digits today, the shares of Jeevan Bikas Microfinance increased by 10 percent. Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited has lost 9.98 percent.
