KATHMANDU: Joint Secretary Phanindra Mani Pokhrel has been appointed as the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The Ministry has decided to give the responsibility of Spokesperson to Pokharel, who has served as the Director-General of the Prison Management Department, along with the Head of the Peace and Security Division of the Ministry.
