CCMC recommends to suspend all levels’ examinations from Monday



KATHMANDU: The COVID-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) has recommended to suspend examinations of all levels effective from Monday.

According to a minister, the CCMC meeting has decided to recommend to suspend all examinations at the school and university level to control the coronavirus infection from Monday.

The meeting held at the Prime Minister’s Office, Singhdurbar, has also recommended a lockdown depending on the number of active cases.

The CCMC meeting recommended to the Council of Ministers to impose lockdown in rural areas if there are over 200 active COVID-19 cases, and in urban areas if they have more than 500 active COVID-19 cases.

Similarly, the government is set to seal international borders with Nepal immediately.
