KATHMANDU: The provincial parliamentary party (PP) CPN-UML has registered a letter, seeking the dismissal of four ‘floor-crossing’ provincial lawmakers of the party from the Karnali Province Assembly (PA), with the PA Secretariat in Birendranagar, Surkhet, Sunday.

Karnali Province UML PP leader Yamlal Kandel informed that four UML leaders close to Madhav Kumar Nepal faction of the party were sacked from their PA seats following their ‘floor-crossing’ role in support of the CPN (Maoist Center) government led by Chief Minister Mahendra Shahi.

The four PA members from the UML to be removed from the Karnali PA are Prakash Jwala, Kurmraj Shahi, Ammar Bahadur Shahi and Nandsingh Buda.
