Those demanding reinstatement of HoR are regressive: Minister Thapa



MANMA: Minister for Home Affairs, Ram Bahadur Thapa, has said that those demanding reinstatement of House of Representatives are regressive.

Home Minister Thapa said so while addressing a people’s gathering organized by Nepal Communist Party in Kalikot today.

He mentioned that the Constitution has clear legal provisions that the Prime Minister could dissolve the parliament and the prime minister took a revolutionary move by dissolving the HoR after he was not allowed to work.

The Home Minister urged all the political parties to be ready for election as the date for it has already been announced.
