KATHMANDU: Province-2 Assembly is currently under discussion to finalize the name and capital of Province -2.

Provincial lawmakers are currently expressing their views.

The voting will begin as soon as the discussions are over.

The assembly had earlier decided to retain Janakpurdham as the permanent capital of Province 2.

CPN-UML lawmakers Sharadi Devi Thapa has proposed Janak Pradesh as the name of the Province 2.
