Coalition govt will continue until next elections: Nepal



BANKE: Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has claimed that the coalition government would continue until the next elections.

Democratic communist force would come together in next elections, said the former Prime Minister at a press conference in Kohalpur in Banke on Thursday.

Stating that dialogues between the ruling parties and others on the Millennium Challenge Corporation project were underway, the former Prime Minister ruled out reports of possibility of breaking the alliance just because of the project. The CPN-US does not accept any project trying to do something other in the name of economic development despite it easily accepting every agreement in the welfare of the country, he said.

Saying that they rebelled for safeguarding the constitution, democracy and republic, he maintained that regressive forces would stand in the way to success, while indicating to the opposition CPN (UML).

The CPN-US would emerge victorious in next elections as the party is at work to win faith of Nepali people, he claimed.

On the occasion, the CPN-US chair welcomed the former deputy secretary of the CPN (UML), Banke, Pramod Dhital.
