KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) Vice-President Bimalendra Nidhi, who has announced his candidacy for the post of party president for the 14th General Convention, is scheduled to unveil the concept paper including his vision for party leadership on Thursday.
According to sources, Nidhi is going to make public the concept paper prepared by him through his liaison office in Kathmandu.
The paper offers details on Nidhi’s vision on the NC’s future and his commitments for strengthening the party.
Nidhi is going to call the media and make his concept paper public at 1 pm, Thursday.
