KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai has said that he will be contesting for the post of party Secretary in the upcoming general convention.
Talking to journalists in Chitwan, Bhattarai said that the once disgruntled faction, too, has been inside the CPN-UML.
To a query why he preferred to become Secretary again, he said, “Sometimes you have to take some rest as well to complete a long journey.”
He also said that the preparations for the 10th general convention of the CPN-UML have reached the final stage.
