UML leader Rawal dissatisfied with non-implementation of 10-point agreement



KATHMANDU: CPN-UML leaders have expressed displeasure over non-implementation of the 10-point unity agreement.

At a meeting of the UML Central Committee (CC) held at Tulsilal Memorial Foundation, in Chyasal, Lalitpur, Friday, Vice-Chairman Bhim Rawal demanded a review of the inter-party directive issued for the implementation of the 10-point agreement.

One of the leaders informed that Rawal asked to hold discussions on the directive as its implementation remained. But Chairman KP Oli assured leaders that the issue would be put to discussion in the Standing Committee.

UML leaders who sided with Madhav Kumar Nepal earlier decided to remain in the UML after the an understanding was reached on July 11 to implement the 10-point unity agreement.
