Mohammad Aftab Alam’s writ in ‘not to be heard’ list again

KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) bench scheduled for Friday to hear the writ on the petition seeking Mohammad Aftab Alam’s release on bail has kept the writ on not to be heard list.

The writ petition has been declared not eligible for the bench assigned for Friday.

The hearing was assigned to the division bench of Justices Anil Kumar Sinha and Kumar Chudal.
