Discussion among leaders of ruling coalition underway in Baluwatar

Leaders discussing cabinet expansion and minimum common program



KATHMANDU: Top leaders of the ruling coalition are holding discussions at Prime Minister’s Official residence in Baluwatar Saturday evening.

The meeting is being attended by Nepali Congress (NC) President and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Chairman Upendra Yadav, CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal and Rastriya Janamorcha Chairman Chitra Bahadur KC.

The leaders are discussing cabinet expansion and minimum common program of the coalition, among other issues, sources said.

Earlier in the morning, Maoist Center Chairman Prachanda had met Prime Minister Deuba and CPN-UML leader Nepal.
