NCP General Secretary Biplov holds discussion with JSP Chair Thakur



KATHMANDU: General Secretary of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplov’ has held discussions with Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) Chairman Mahantha Thakur at the latter’s residence Saturday.

NCP Spokesperson Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma ‘Prakanda’ accompanied the general secretary in meeting with JSP Chair Thakur.

According to sources, the two leaders discussed latest political developments and the pact Biplov’s party struck with UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli-led government.

After joining mainstream politics, Chand has been holding discussion with leaders of various political parties. Earlier, he called on Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and ex-Maoist leaders who joined the UML, among others.
