Ru Ru Jalabidhyut Pariyojana to issue IPO from April 2



KATHMANDU: Ruru Jalabidhyut Pariyojana is issuing an initial public offering (IPO) from April 2.

The hydropower will issue a total of 407,706 units of shares for Rs 100 per unit of share with an additional Rs 20 in premium, according to the company.

Hence, the share value per unit of a share will be Rs 120.

Of the total units of shares, 8,154 units of shares have been allocated for staff members of the company, 20,385 for mutual fund and the remaining 379, 167 units of shares will be put aside for the public.

Applicants can apply for minimum 10 units to entire units of the IPO by April 6.

NMB Capital is the issue manager.

ICRA Nepal has rated this project as Grade 3. Ru Ru hydro project has already sold IPO to the locals hit by the project.
