NCP Prachanda-Nepal faction parliamentary party meeting underway



KATHMANDU: A meeting of the parliamentary party of the Nepal Communist Party of Nepal (NCP) Prachanda-Nepal faction has started at Singha Durbar.

The meeting has been convened at the office of the parliamentary party of the NCP at Singha Durbar.

It is learned that over 80 lawmakers are attended the meeting.

The meeting is currently discussing the situation after the reinstatement of the House of Representatives, a party leader said.

Chairpersons of the Prachanda-Nepal faction Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” and Madhav Kumar Nepal along with senior leaders Jhala Nath Khanal and Narayan Kaji Shrestha are also in the meeting.

Earlier, a meeting of the NCP Standing Committee of the faction had decided to convene a meeting of the parliamentary party on Wednesday.
