Nepal Trust leasing 2 ropanis of land in Kamaladi for 30 years



KATHMANDU: Nepal Trust leasing 2 ropanis, 4 annas and 2 paisa of land in Kamaladi.

The Trust has called for a letter of intent to pledge a minimum of Rs 1.17 billion for 30 years.

It has called for bids to construct a business complex on the land near Kathmandu Plaza in Kamaladi.

The complex will be owned by the Trust after 30 years, according to Bhishma Raj Bhusal, Joint Secretary at the Trust.

From the date of signing the agreement, the construction period will be three years and the lease period will be 30 years.
