KATHMANDU: Both the meetings of the Federal Parliament are taking place today.
The meetings of the House of Representatives (HoR) and the National Assembly (NA) are taking place at 2 pm at the Federal Parliament building in New Baneshwor.
The Federal Parliament Secretariat has public the possible agenda items for the HoR meeting. According to the agenda item, Finance Minister Janardan Sharma will table the Economic Bill and the Bill on Raising National Debt for endorsement in the meeting.
Similarly, the preparations are underway to endorse the Appropriation Bill, 2078 in the National Assembly meeting.
In the meeting on Tuesday, NA Secretary Rajendra Phuyal tabled the Appropriation Bill, 2078 received with a message from the HoR.
The main opposition CPN-UML has been creating obstructions in both the meetings.
