CAN calls 24 players for closed training session for ICC Women’s T20 Asia Qualifiers

KATHMANDU: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has called 24 players for a closed training session for the ICC Women’s T20 Asia Qualifiers scheduled to take place in Malaysia from November 23-28.

The selected players for the training session include Binu Budha Magar, Rubina Chhetri, Kajol Shrestha, Indu Barma, Apsari Begam, Roma Thapa, Sabnam Rai, Sangita Rai, and Saraswati Chaudhary.

Likewise, it has also called Anuradha Chaudhary, Suman Khatiwada, Saraswati GM, Kanchan Shrestha, Rewati Dhami, Laxmi Saud, Kabita Joshi, Kabita Kunwar, Dalli Bhatta, Bindu Rawal, Mamata Chaudhary, Sita Ranamagar, Jyati Pandey, Karuna Bhandari and Sarita Magar, according to CAN.

Other countries—Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Malaysia, Myanmar, and United Arab Emirates—will participate in the qualifiers that was rescheduled for November 23-28 due to COVI-19.
