Prabhu Bank to auction 202,186 units of promoter shares from July 30



KATHMANDU: Prabhu Bank Limited has announced auctioning its 202,186 units of promoter shares.

Existing promoters, public shareholders and institution are eligible to take part in the auction. The minimum price for bidding has been fixed at Rs. 210 per share.

The auction will open on July 30 (15th Shrawan) and close on August 13 (29th Shrawan).

NMB Capital has been appointed the auction manager.
