U.S. DoD hands over medical supplies worth $300,000 to MoHP



KATHMANDU: United States Department of Defense (DoD) has recently handed over life-saving medical equipment and face masks worth $300,000 to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).

A U.S. military personnel carrying medical supply to stack it on MoHP premises.

The U.S. Embassy, Nepal, shared photos of the assistance in a Facebook post Friday. In the pictures share, U.S. military personnel are seen unloading the assistance on the premises of MoHP.

The U.S. Mission is committed to expanding access of life-saving medical equipment to as many Nepalis as possible amidst the coronavirus pandemic, the U.S. Mission stated.
