Gandaki CM expanding cabinet today



POKHARA: Chief Minister of Gandaki Province and Nepali Congress (NC) parliamentary party leader Krishna Chandra Nepali is likely to expand his cabinet Friday.

The cabinet is scheduled to be expanded today afternoon by including three more ministers from the CPN-Maoist Center.

The Maoist Center has decided to send Ramji Baral as the Finance Minister, Deepak Gharti Magar as Forest Minister, and Chandra Bahadur Budha as Agriculture Minister.

Earlier, Madhu Maya Adhikari was appointed as the Health and Population Minister from the Maoist Center.

CM Nepali had earlier appointed Kumar Khadka from NC, Madhu Maya Adhikari from the Maoist Center, Hari Sharan Acharya from the Janata Samajbadi Party, and independent lawmaker Rajiv Gurung, as ministers.
