International flights to resume from June 24

KATHMANDU: The government is making preparations to resume operations of domestic flights from the first week of July.

The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has decided to resume regular domestic flights from July 1.

However, only 50 percent of flights will be allowed to provide services compared to regular flights.

The flights will be managed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal.

With this decision, the airlines have started selling tickets.

Meanwhile, flights to international destinations will start from Thursday on the specified route.

The Ministry has made public the flight schedule up to June 30.

Accordingly, Nepal Airlines will fly from Doha on June 24, and Turkish Airlines will fly from Istanbul.
