Deuba, Dahal and Nepal holding discussion in Baneswor



KATHMANDU: Discussions are underway among three top leaders of the opposition parties at New Baneswor.

Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal are currently holding discussions at the Federal Parliament Building, New Baneswor.

The meeting has been held when the opposition parties are preparing to file a writ petition against Prime Minister KP Oli’s decision to dissolve the House of Representatives.

Signatures of the lawmakers have already been collected.

President Bidya Devi Bhandari had on Saturday dissolved the House of Representatives and announced elections on November 12 and November 17.
