NC won’t join govt, says President Deuba



BIRATNAGAR: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that his party will not join the government.

Talking to media persons at Biratnagar airport this morning, NC President Deuba said that his party will stay in opposition accepting the incumbent government as it is.

“NC will not join the government rather it will the roles of the main opposition party as it is entitled to,” Deuba told the media persons at Biratnagar airport.

He further said that the NC will not join the bandwagon of no-confidence motion against Prime Minister KP Oli.

Deuba visited late NC leader Ashok Koirala’s house to extend condolence to the bereaved family members.

NC leader Ashok Koirala had passed away last Wednesday.
