Supreme Court has defended the Constitution: NC leader Gagan Thapa



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Gagan Thapa has said that the Supreme Court (SC) has defended the Constitution by giving its verdict in favor of reinstating the House of Representatives.

Taking to Twitter after the SC’s decision to reinstate the HoR, Thapa said that the respect toward the court has increased.

“The Supreme Court has defended the Constitution by rejecting the prime minister’s audacity to rule against conspiracies and settings,” he said.
