Prachanda confident about winning the ongoing “battle”

KATHMANDU: Chairman of the Prachanda-Nepal faction of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” has expressed confidence in winning the ongoing “battle”.

Speaking at the launch of the book ‘Signature of People’s War’ on Tuesday, Prachanda expressed the confidence in winning the battle.

“The battle has continued. Therefore, I want to say we have trust on the court that it will make the right decision on the issue of the dissolution of the House of Representatives,” he said.

He also came down heavily on Prime Minister KP Oli for taking a regressive move by dissolving the HoR.

“We put all efforts to unify the party. However, it did not last long due to the arrogance of PM Oli,” Prachanda said, adding “However, I believe that we will win the battle.”
