NCP Prachanda-Nepal faction summons Standing Committee meeting tomorrow



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Prachanda-Nepal faction has summoned a Standing Committee meeting of the party for Sunday.

Spokesperson of the faction Narayankaji Shrestha said that the meeting will be held at 12:30 pm tomorrow.

He said that there was a general discussion among Standing Committee members at the party’s central office in Perisdanda on Saturday regarding a protest assembly staged on Friday.

Shrestha added that a formal meeting of the Standing Committee will be held on Sunday with additional agendas.
