Biplav outfit torches Bolero van in Makwanpur



KATHMANDU: The cadres of Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ have torched a Bolero Pick-up van near Humane bhanjyang on the border of Kathmandu and Makwanpur on Saturday morning.

According to SP Somendra Singh Rathore, an unidentified group set a fire to pickup van, Ba 13 Cha 7969, returning to Kathmandu after unloading goods in Makwanpur.

He added that the police are investigating the case and has launched a manhunt to nab those involved in the arson attack.
