Green Life Hydropower to issue IPO



KATHMANDU: The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has authorized Green Life Hydropower Ltd. to issue public initial offerings (IPO).

On January 15, the SEBON granted the permission to the company for the issuance of the IPO.

With the authorization from the Board, the hydropower company will issue 3,496,400 units of shares. It has already issued IPO for the people affected by the project.

BOK Capital is the issue manager of the company’s IPO.

The company has completed construction of a 40-megawatt hydropower company in Gaurishankar rural municipality in Dolakha district.
