KATHMANU: Two kids have died in a fire that caught a thatched house in Phatuwa Bijayapur Municipality-1 of Rautahat district.
The deceased have been identified as three-year-old girl Aradhya Yadav, the daughter of Jokhu Yadav and Rohit Sah, 5, the son of Sandip Sah of Phatuwa Bijayapur Municipality-1.
Aradhya died on the spot after a thatched house caught fire on Tuesday afternoon.
Another minor boy who sustained critical injuries died in the course of treatment at Teaching Hospital this morning, informed Police Inspector Bishnu Bishwokarma of Area Police Office, Bijayapur.
Police said they are investigating the case.
