Will consult with leaders of coalition on early elections: PM Deuba

DHANGADHI: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said he would consult with the leaders of the ruling partners regarding the early election.

Speaking at a press conference in Dhangadhi, Kailali, Friday, PM Deuba said that he cannot say anything without discussing it with the ruling partners.

Some leaders, including senior Nepali Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel, have been saying that local and state elections should be held in November and hold federal elections in May.

UML Chairman KP Oli, too, had spoken about early elections a couple of days back.
