NC criticizes President Bhandari for scratching Constitution

KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) has criticized President Bidya Devi Bhandari for scratching the Constitution by rejecting the claims made by its party President Sher Bahadur Deuba.

NC central member Ramesh Lekhak took to Twitter accusing President Bhandari of not maintaining the dignity of the post.

“The President has once again done a disservice to the constitution by ending the dignity, honor and dignity of her office,” he has said.

Lekhak further stated that republic and democracy cannot be protected from the President anymore.
