Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 3,019 with three new fatalities



KATHMANDU: As many as three COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 3,019 as of Sunday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 150 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,76,056 in the country as of Saturday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has reported 1,017 active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 99 have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 2,72,020 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
