Establishment yet to answer numerous allegations : Yogesh Bhattarai

KATHMANDU: Erstwhile CPN-UML Secretary and influential leader of party’s disgruntled Nepal-Khanal faction Yogesh Bhattarai has remarked that the leaders seeking clarification from senior leaders are under scrutiny on various allegations.

Earlier, centralizing all power on the party Chairman on Saturday, Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chair KP Oli had dispatched letters to the disgruntled leaders seeking clarification against their ‘unacceptable’ behavior.

Responding to the party establishment’s attempt to further ‘humiliate’ the aggrieved leaders on his social media tweet, Bhattarai has questioned the moral and ethical ground of seeking such clarification.

“The ones seeking clarifications from others are surrounded by numerous allegations,” Bhattarai has tweeted Monday afternoon.

UML General Secretary Ishwor Pokhrel has sent letters to four leaders including senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal, Ghana Shyam Bhusal, Bhim Rawal and Surendra Pandey seeking their clarification on making their disgruntled voice public through the conclaves and gatherings.
