JAJARKOT: Scores of CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Center) cadres have joined the main opposition Nepali Congress in Jajarkot district.
As many as 110 Maoist Center and UML cadres defected to the NC at a program in Kushe rural municipality in the district on Sunday.
NC youth leader Bedraj Singh welcomed the new entrants with garlands and vermillion amidst a program.
Welcoming the new entrants, Singh said the communists, who grabbed the power by slitting the throats of people in general, have lost the confidence of have-nots.
