Vehicle of NCP Oli faction leader vandalized in Kavre

KAVRE: An attempt was made to set the vehicle of a central leader of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) KP Oli faction on fire after vandalism in Chauri Deurali Rural Municipality-5 of Kavrepalanchok on Sunday night.

The vehicle, Ba 15 Cha 7821, parked near the house where the leader was staying was vandalized.

A group of about a dozen people on motorcycles started vandalizing the vehicle at around 10:30 pm while the vehicle was parked near the house of NCP district member Shiva Gautam.

According to Gautam, the driver left the vehicle and fled.

The gang also threatened not to hold a program.
