COVID-19: Nepal’s death toll reaches 1,986 with seven new fatalities



KATHMANDU: As many as seven COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 1,986 as of Friday afternoon.

Likewise, the country recorded a total of 302 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 268,948 in the country as of Friday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 3,614 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 480 infected people got recovery from the virus infection.

So far, 263,348 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
