Murder-accused fugitive arrested after 10 yrs



KATHMANDU: A murder-accused fugitive has landed in the police net after 10 years.

Acting on a tip-off, police arrested Pawan Limbu alias Kumuk Hang, from Mulpani of Kathmandu on Thursday.

Limbu had shot dead his girlfriend Sushma Tumbahamphe in a guest house based in Phidim, district headquarters of Panchthar, 10 years ago. Both Sushma and murdered-accused Pawan are from Taplejung.

Pawan, 27, had been hiding in Mulpani after killing his girlfriend 10 years ago.
